Our beautiful mature olive trees are available to hire for weddings, events, parties, restaurants, terraces, corporate events and special occasions. Our olive trees can create a stunning Mediterranean statement and transform an outdoor space.

We offer flexible delivery and collection options across London and surrounding areas, with wider delivery available by arrangement.

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for weddings and larger events, to allow us to reserve suitable trees and arrange delivery and collection.

The minimum hire period is one week. Whether the trees are hired for one day or up to seven days, the minimum charge will be one week's hire.

Every additional seven-day period will be charged as a further week. Hire periods are not calculated on a pro-rata daily basis.

Our standard hire charges are based on the size, type and number of olive trees required, together with the length of the hire period.

Longer hire periods may be available at a reduced weekly rate. A quotation will be provided before the booking is confirmed.

All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full by bank transfer at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery or collection date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

The hire period begins on the agreed date that the olive trees are delivered or collected by the Hirer.

The hire period ends when the olive trees are returned to Bespoke Gardens or collected by Bespoke Gardens, as agreed.

Any extension to the agreed hire period must be agreed with Bespoke Gardens in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Before delivery or collection, the condition of the olive trees will be recorded as part of the hire agreement.

The Hirer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the olive trees throughout the hire period.

The trees must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were supplied, allowing for normal and reasonable changes associated with being a living plant.

The Hirer may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing an olive tree where damage has occurred as a result of misuse, neglect, inappropriate placement, vandalism, theft or failure to take reasonable care of the tree.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

• Broken branches or trunks
• Severe damage caused by moving the trees incorrectly
• Damage caused by vehicles or equipment
• Theft or loss
• Deliberate damage
• Failure to provide reasonable care during the hire period

Any charges will be assessed by Bespoke Gardens  based on the extent of the damage and the cost of repair or replacement.

The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the trees are kept in a suitable location and receive reasonable care during the hire period.

Where watering or other specific care is required, Bespoke Gardens will provide appropriate instructions.

Olive trees should not be moved from their agreed position without prior agreement where doing so could result in damage.

The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the location is suitable and safe for the olive trees.

Particular care should be taken during periods of strong winds, storms or extreme weather.

Bespoke Gardens reserves the right to advise that trees should be relocated or removed where weather conditions or the location present a significant risk of damage or injury.

Delivery and collection can be arranged by Bespoke Gardens at an additional charge.

Delivery charges will depend on the location, number and size of the trees, access requirements and the agreed delivery and collection arrangements.

The Hirer must ensure that suitable access is available for delivery and collection.

Any additional costs resulting from restricted access, waiting time, parking charges, permits, stairs, long carries or other access difficulties may be charged to the Hirer where these were not agreed in advance.

Once the olive trees have been delivered and accepted by the Hirer, responsibility for their care and security rests with the Hirer for the duration of the hire period.

Bespoke Gardens cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by the Hirer's use, positioning or movement of the hired trees.

The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the trees are positioned safely and do not create a hazard to guests, members of the public, vehicles or property.

The Hirer is responsible for arranging any insurance they consider necessary for the event, venue, hired trees and associated risks.

For larger events, corporate bookings and venue installations, Bespoke Gardens may request evidence of appropriate event or public liability insurance.

Cancellation terms will be provided with your quotation or hire agreement.

Where trees have already been prepared, transported or delivered, additional charges may apply.

The Hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the venue or property owner for the placement of olive trees.

The Hirer must inform Bespoke Gardens of any restrictions relating to delivery, access, parking, loading, unloading or placement of the trees before the booking.

If the olive trees are required for longer than the originally agreed hire period, this must be agreed with Bespoke Gardens in advance.

Additional hire charges will apply.

By confirming an olive tree hire booking with Bespoke Gardens & Trees, the Hirer agrees to these terms and conditions and accepts responsibility for the olive trees throughout the agreed hire period.
